You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- interfere with or attempt to compromise the website;

- use the website to infringe another person's rights or break any law; or
- misrepresent your identity or submit false information.
We may suspend or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our users, or our rights.
3. Waitlist and communications
When you join the waitlist, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the email address and organisation name submitted. You can leave the waitlist at any time by using an unsubscribe option or emailing us.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee product access, a launch date, particular features, pricing, availability, or any commercial relationship with us. We may change, pause, or close the waitlist at any time.
4. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including the Poletin name, branding, text, graphics, design, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the website for your own lawful business or personal use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit the website or its content without our prior written permission, except where the law expressly allows it.
5. Feedback
If you choose to send us ideas or feedback about Poletin, you give us permission to use that feedback without restriction or payment to you. This does not transfer ownership of any confidential information or pre-existing intellectual property you identify as yours.
6. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms.
7. Availability and information
We aim to keep the website available and its content useful, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may change or remove website content without notice.
Website content describes a product in development and is provided for general information only. It is not professional advice or a binding promise about future product functionality.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Our total liability arising in connection with the website or waitlist will not exceed £100.
If you use the website as a consumer, your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms apply from the date shown at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
11. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a reorganisation, financing, or sale of our business.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
